7-Day Returns
Most products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories.
Eligibility
- Item must be in original, resalable condition
- Original invoice or order number is required
- Software, opened consumables, and clearance items are non-returnable
- Warranty claims are handled per the manufacturer's terms
How to Start a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or the contact form
- Share your order number and the reason for return
- Drop off at any HappyShop store or arrange a pickup
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Exchanges
Prefer a different color, size, or model? We'll exchange eligible items subject to availability; any price difference is settled at the time of exchange.
